I switched to this practice nearly 3-4 years ago due to a bad experience. I had heard nothing but great reviews prior to switching. The office has proven to be everything I had heard through word of mouth. From scheduling to checking in and every cleaning and procedure I’ve had done they have been great. I definitely made the right choice when I moved to this practice. Thank you all for a great experience.

I went in for a cosmetic consult a few days ago and honestly the experience was better than I expected. The front desk was super polite and helped me sort out a couple forms I messed up. The dentist explained everything in a way that made sense, not all that complicated medical talk. I ended up getting some whitening done and the results look pretty nice so far, not crazy dramatic but definitely noticeable. The office was clean and the whole visit felt pretty calm. Overall, I’d say it’s a good place if you’re looking to improve your smile without feeling pressured or rushed.

Dr. Ben and the entire staff here are truly amazing. I’ve been coming for my dental care for many years, and every visit is consistently great. You always feel welcome, never rushed or treated poorly, and they are incredibly mindful of your comfort at all times. It’s a genuinely honest, caring place to receive dental work, and I highly recommend them.

I have had the best experience here. I’m very self-conscious about my teeth and the ladies and the doctors here they make you feel important. They tell you what needs to be fixed. And they take care of you. They’re very comforting very loving and when it’s a special holiday they love to dress up. Thank y’all for being such a special team I really appreciate y’all

This is the best dental care in my opinion in High Point. I have.always hated going to the dentist, but new it was necessary if I wanted to maintain my teeth. Dr. Kwon has a wonderful practice and I have never had any issues with the care received, so much that my entire family uses High Point Smiles Dentistry for their dental needs.

I was seen by Dr. Johnson for a wisdom tooth removal. From the moment I walked into the office the entire staff was kind and welcoming. I felt at ease and comfortable through the entire process. Will be returning for future dental needs.

Had an amazing experience today. Didn't have to wait long at all. Everyone was friendly, transparent, and worked with me to get through dental challenges I had from beginning to end. I recommend this practice to anyone. I left feeling so much better than when I arrived.

The entire team here is cordial and amicable. The office is pristine and the ambiance is inviting and welcoming. Dr. Kwan made me feel safe and assured as he explained in details my condition and plan of treatment. I felt confident to ask any questions I had and was given detail explanations and clarification. I enjoyed my visit and they have now become my primary dental care providers.

We have had excellent experiences with Dr. Brotzman and her team. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, professional, and incredibly organized. The hygienist explained everything clearly, and the dentist took the time to walk me through my options without rushing. The office is clean, modern, and uses up-to-date technology, which made the whole visit smooth and comfortable. I felt genuinely cared for, not just like another appointment on the schedule. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist who is skilled, honest, and patient-focused. Plus, my kids actually LOOK FORWARD to going to the dentist! Highly Recommend!
